anderen Nichtbauzone zu ver\u00e4ndern, zu sanieren oder umzunutzen ist rechtlich komplex. Das Raumplanungsgesetz setzt enge Grenzen. Und trotzdem gibt es Spielraum \u2013 wenn man weiss, wo er liegt.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung mit Bauvorhaben ausserhalb der Bauzone: Umnutzungen nicht mehr ben\u00f6tigter Landwirtschaftsgeb\u00e4ude, Erweiterungen und Sanierungen bestehender Wohnbauten sowie Spezialf\u00e4lle nach Art. 24 ff. RPG.
